The Endowment of the See (EOS) Corporation administers the EOS Property Fund, which is used to pay the stipends, salaries and expenses of the Archbishop, senior clergy and EOS staff, as well as some related operational costs.
Constitution and Current Membership
The EOS Corporation is constituted under the Endowment of the See Corporation Ordinance 2019. The Endowment of the See Property Ordinance 2021 provides further details of the purpose of the Fund of which the Corporation is the trustee.
The EOS Corporation has up to nine members: the Archbishop, two members appointed by the Archbishop, four elected by the Standing Committee, and up to two members appointed by the Corporation.
